Passover 2017 Desert Ideas

You have to be very creative and careful when preparing deserts for Passover. If you did not already know, let me tell you that, most kinds of flour like wheat, oat, barley, spelt and rye are not allowed in Passover 2017 as it is not KOSHER.  It is that food which is appropriate according to Jewish Dietary Law. Also substances like yeast and baking powder are not allowed in Passover 2017. So you need to find a substitution to these.

Do not worry, I have got you covered. I will share with you recipes and ideas you can try this Passover. You can always go for fruit deserts like Sorbet or Fruit compote. Here's a recipe you can try by finding substitutions for prohibited items.

Potato Starch and Matzo Meal together work as a better substitution for Flour. Check more Substitutions on Kosher websites and books. Emphasis more on nuts, chocolates and Fruits.
